Binding of Terms: This website is owned and operated by Photo Revival. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors photo restoration services. By accessing or using the Photo Revival website, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.
In order to receive our services, you must be at least 18 years of age or of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to receive services if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you. If you are under 18 years of age, obtaining verbal or written consent from a parent or guardian is required for us to provide our services to you.
Payment: The initial deposit for photo restoration services is due within 3 days of accepting the offered quote. Full payment is due prior to receiving the final product sans watermarks. We accept payment via the methods specified on our website. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Non-refundable Deposit: The non-refundable deposit covers the cost of evaluating a photo and providing an estimate. While every effort will be made to adhere to the time and cost estimates, unforeseen delays and additional expenses may occur. Photo Revival is held harmless for any such occurrences.
All Payments Final: All payments are final. Once the deposit is paid and/or the final payment is made, no refunds are offered except where explicitly advertised otherwise. If unsatisfied with our work, please notify us promptly to discuss potential solutions.

No Warranties: Services provided by Photo Revival are offered without warranties, whether expressed or implied, to the fullest extent permissible by applicable law. Photo Revival disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Email Correspondence: By requesting our services, you consent to receive email updates, specials, promotions, and newsletters from Photo Revival. You may opt out of this service at any time.

Responsibility for Media: Customers declare and warrant that they own the provided media and that it does not violate any copyright laws. Customers indemnify and hold Photo Revival harmless against any claims arising from copyright infringement.

Copyright: We respect the intellectual property rights of others. By submitting photos for restoration, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and modify those photos solely for the purpose of providing the requested services.

Preference of Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms, and any disputes related to the services, shall be governed by the laws of the United States of America in the state of Georgia. Disputes shall be exclusively resolved in courts located in Columbus, Georgia, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention of Contracts for the International Sale of Goods is expressly excluded.
